Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert email] with your order number and clear photos. We will cover return shipping for these cases and send a replacement or issue a refund.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs or import duties incurred during return.
